Viewpoint Construction Software® announces its latest product innovations at the Annual Viewpoint User Conference - Collaborate 2016
Portland, OR – October 11, 2016 – Viewpoint is pleased to announce the latest product innovations at the Annual Viewpoint User Conference Collaborate 2016 – October 11th – 13th. These enhancements help project teams operate more efficiently across all aspects of their operations – from the office to the field. During the course of the conference, nearly 2,000 attendees including Viewpoint customers, industry leaders, media, and partners - will see and hear about Viewpoint’s new products and experience 120 learning sessions, discussion groups and networking opportunities.
Contractors with service needs will find Vista’s industry leading Service Management solution has many significant new features and improvements that make it faster and easier to route and review work orders for billing and issue work order bills. And new reporting options – Agreement Renewals and Service Aging – provide additional insight into decisions that positively impact service profitability.
Vista customers will also have a new option for producing critical financial reports with the addition of Global Software’s Spreadsheet Server - a MS Excel-based automation and reporting tool. In addition, customers using Comdata’s payment services will benefit from an even easier transaction reconciliation process for electronic payments.
Viewpoint’s suite of field management solutions have important new enhancements to Field View, Viewpoint’s cloud based, natively mobile project forms solution. Project Management staff and field teams using Field View will now have pre-configured templates based on industry best practices for Quality Control, Commissioning and Safety processes – enabling quick project start-up. For additional flexibility, Field View is now available on Android, Apple iOS and Windows Surface tablets.
Also, Mobile Field Manager, Viewpoint’s mobile labor, equipment time & production tracking application, now offers the ability to manually enter start/stop times in providing an accurate and easy time tracking capability that improves payroll processing efficiency.
